Compdigitec SuperSimpleEditor

Compdigitec SuperSimpleEditor is a very simple text editing application based on GtkTextView that is written with PHP-GTK2. SuperSimplEditor is released under the GNU General Public Licence version 2 or later, making it free and open source software.

Compdigitec SuperSimpleEditor is aiming to be a suitable Windoze Notepad-compactible editor that has the same features as Windoze Notepad.

The current version is Version 1.0, released on July 16, 2008. Note that you will need to install PHP and PHP-GTK2 manually if you are running Linux and Mac OS X. The packages provided have depencies already selected for you.

Windows 2000, XP and Vista

• Note: You need to have PHP 5 CLI binaries and PHP-GTK2 binaries. The PHP-GTK2 binaries are provided for you, but you must install the PHP5-CLI yourself.
